My name is Ali Grieb and I’ve spent years working my way up, through, and around the hospitality industry. I’ve worn every hat there is to wear. From a concession stand attendant to the chief operating officer for a multi million dollar hospitality group— I’ve done it! In each of my positions throughout the years, I've been a jack of all trades— operations, people, finance, tech stacks, IT, and more! I’m inspired by working with teams to solve complex problems and I get energy from bringing "it's so crazy it just might work" ideas to life.

I truly believe that anything is possible!

Through it all, I have learned that my passion is connecting people and creating space for them to thrive and make meaningful contributions– in their jobs, their personal lives, and their community. In my last position as the chief operating officer for hospitality group in New Orleans, I made it my mission to develop a hospitality model that was more equitable and inclusive, delivered on profitability, and proved that hospitality COULD be a healthy business and balanced career choice.

I love hospitality. Not the bars—food—hot new spot side of things, but the part where people take care of each other and really care about someone else’s experience. Working to ensure that all people have the opportunity to thrive, be heard, contribute, and receive has become my north star.

To me, true hospitality is an empathic and active understanding of our community and/or team and its needs— with follow through!
